Went to the gym today, but only 20 minutes on the elliptical machine. Better than nothing!
Ate well, oatmeal (1/2 cup uncooked thick cut rolled oats, 1/2 oz raw walnuts, splenda, cinnamon, tbs raisins) mid day, fat free chocolate pudding sack, salmon diablo sans butter and broccoli. Need to spend more time at the gym!
